Condolences to those with lost, sick, or angeled vacuum vanquishers...

(Its the noise monster again! Everyone get ready...CHARGE! Ok,
Jessica... you can hide under the luv seat and watch...)

Dick Bossart mumbled something about:
>How did he get inside the locked cage? Obviously, FERRETS CAN TELEPORT!

Nah. It was ferret math. Ya know...when you have four ferrets, then
suddenly one more appears out of nowhere? The teleport thing only works
when they are going someplace they *aren't* supposed to be!

See, Tanner was the victim of cat subtraction. That is a phenomenon
where a cat, who is beset by ferrets in general, wishes a ferret would
just "go away"...unfortunately, they aren't really good at this and a
random ferret usually ends up disappearing.

However, its a well-documented fact (especially in households where a
spouse has made the statement "No More Ferrets!") that ferret math can
bring these ferrets back from where ever it is that cats wish them to.
Sometimes they appear to a new family, sometimes they appear back where
they disappeared from.

The key here, is to figure out which cat did the wishing and convince
them not to wish any more ferrets away! They do the disappearing wish
thing by wiggling their whiskers. So anyone with a cat, watch to see if
they wiggle their whiskers. If your cat does this, then your cat might
be the culprit here!

NOTE: Everything related above was told to me by one of my ferrets. If
you choose not to believe this story, then you can not work as an editor
for National Enquirer news magazine. All results pending a governmental
review. Judge's decisions are final. If you need more information,
contact Wolfy, who will make up a really good story that is much more
believeable. :)

Todd and the (Hey! Where'd *you* come from?) Fuzzbutt Rodeo Clowns!
