Thank you all who took the time to respond to the discussion on ferret
shelters.  I have learned a lot from the FML discussions and have received
some wonderful personal e-mails from subscribers who wanted to give me their
perspectives as well.  I wanted to say that, as has been true with most of
my responses to Pamela Grant/Troutman, I very much appreciated her most
recent contribution to the discussion.  I have no problem with her
questionnaire and believe that it covers all the bases without being overly
intrusive.
 
Thank you, also, BIG, for allowing us a little latitude with the discussion
and our attempts to stick our toes over the line.  I apologize to anyone who
took my comments as flames.  My family and my little Phoebe ferret wish all
of you a wonderful Christmas season.
