I also miss my issues of Modern Ferret.  Loved the personal touch, felt
like I was part of the *family* when I read the cute stories written by
their Ferrets.  In the last couple of issues Eric mentioned his battle
with Crohn's disease.  This is a very serious and debilitating disease.
I can only imagine every ounce of their strength and energy is spent on
this health issue.  I have a good friend with Crohn's.  At the moment,
she is being fed interveniously.  Hasn't had any food by mouth in over 6
months.  In the hospital more than out.  Not fun.  Maybe we could send
good thoughts to Eric, Mary and their family of fur kids.
