I'm a new Ferret owner, and brand new as of Friday to the FML.
     Actually I've been newly adopted by a young ferret, an 8-9 week-old
     kit that took my daughter and son a year and a half to negotiate
     with Mom.
 
     We're doing very well so far (1st week)!
 
      I've downloaded the FAQs, read them last night, and am asking for
     advise.
 
      We live in Mass. and I want to vaccinate him(the ferret) myself
     for Canine Distemper. Later I'll bring him to NH for a Vet Exam and
     Rabies vac.
 
      I'd like  referrals and advice on mail-order access to serum and
     techniques for administration.
