Stash is a male, neutered, somewhere between 6-7 years old. Several years
ago he started showing signs of adrenal problems, which we controlled to a
degree with Drenamine for a few months. About a year ago he started losing
hair on top of his head, and his shoulders and hips. Last August and
September he had 2 Lupron shots, and the hair has all come back with a
luxurious coat.

His little buddy Gromit died in August (lymphoma) and Stash has been a lone
ferret since then. We have 2 others (both about the same age), but they
don't get along with him, so they stay apart.

As an aside, one of them, Cocoa (female, spayed, 7 years old), also had the
Lupron at the same time. She had been grossly overweight for about 2 years
(over 1500 gm, up from her normal 750-800) and hairless on her belly and
tail, but the weight started to fall off quickly during last summer.
When she started the Lupron she still had a very saggy belly, but she's
tightened up all over. The hair is completely returend to her belly and is
staring back in on her tail. She's now back to her light, wiry self again,
very frisky and active.

Anyways, back to Stash: he's not caged - he has run of the house. In the
last month he has started dribbling urine as he walks around. Since he
doesn't do it in bed (he sleeps with us most of the time) or anywhere else
he sleeps, we don't think it's a bladder control problem, but rather
behavioral. He's also added on some weight (not an abnormal amount) and
is sleeping a bit more than he used to.

Any suggestions before we take him to the vet? Maybe the Lupron
over-stimulated him and he's thinking he's a male again? Maybe he's
lonely?
