ADV has been known as the ferret "wasting disease" because when and if a
ferret becomes symptomatic from Aleutians disease one of many possible
symtoms is weight loss.

The most frequent symptom has been hindquarter weakness/paralysis in
varying degrees of severity . One of the most common organs to become
affected is the kidneys. In autospies changes have been found in the
lungs and liver also.

Dr Weiss, Judy, anyone... what are the common signs that might be seen in
a symptomatic ADV ferret?
