Please take time out to update your reference for the 1996 STAR* Resource
Listing and to fill in some information for Shelters That Adopt and Rescue
Ferrets if you are a shelter or rescue.  This information is important!  If
you want to be listed on STAR*'s Resource Listing , you MUST return this
form with at least the first & last sections completed.  Thank you for your
