Hi all,
Just thought I'd post a funny "co-inky-dink" story:

I was visiting some friends in Atlanta, GA last weekend and decided to let
the ferrets and the cat have the run of the house while I was gone. [I
know some of you are adamantly against doing that and there are
"ferret-proofing" concerns among you--I've been living in this place for
over two years, and after an initial period of a couple of months, I'd like
to say that my house is 100% ferret proofed. It can be done, so don't tell
me it can't.]

Anyhow, while I was up there (I live in Daytona Beach, FL) I was talking to
one of my friends step mom about the pets. After telling her that I left
the cat and the two ferrets have the run of the house, she said, "Are you
sure the cat will still be alive and in one piece?!" At the time it was
funny. When I got home, there was cat hair chunks all over the kitchen
floor and Phil, the cat, had some extremely minor bite wounds on him by his
ear and mouth. I laughed and called him a whimp--I guess he tried to clean
Chopper one too many times (he'll do that to Chopper--grab him and hold him
down with his paws until he can get a decent "tongue bath"--I guess ferrets
even smell funny to cats, too). Everyone was fine when I got home. All
except a couple of really *minor* bites on Phil along with his broken ego.

Dooks to all,
Chris
