A question was sent to me.

The question was can newspaper be used for bedding or to line cages with.

My answer, As the ink used to print newspapers with is no longer
poisonous to children, newspapers can be used to line cages with, you
can also get recycled newspaper as litter and if you have access to a
shredder you can use it as bedding, only one bad point with newspaper
is that white ferrets may become a little darker due to the ink.
