Ferrets Anonymous is dedicated to legalizing the domestic ferret in
California; we are currently running a petition drive to get the California
Fish and Game Dept.  to declare the domestic ferret 'non-wild' (they're now
considered wild).  There are chapters in almost all areas of California; to

Our third chapter meeting will be held in Mountain View, CA on Tuesday,
March 5, 1996, at 7:00 PM.  The meeting site will be determined this week.
