Hi!!!

Well, I would just like to say "Thanks" to all who responded to my post (all
20 of you!!!!!!!). I am at work right now, but as soon as I get home I will
remove the cedar! The bedding is mainly for underneath the cage, where he
has no contact with it personally, so I will try using some paper, like
typing or college-ruled paper (I have LOTS of that!).

Someone suggested getting another vet. In response, there really aren't any
ferret vets in the area, except that one. She is really nice and, for the
most part, seems to know what she is doing. (I consider any person who can
explain there reasons to me, a good person.) I will inform her (AND THAT
#@&!?## PET STORE) about the pine and cedar shavings. The more I think
about the problems I have had with that pet store, the more infuriated I
become!!!!!

Anyway, thanks to all of you for your help. And I will keep you informed of
Alexander's condition!

P.S. Cute Ferret/Superman story -- Last night, my husband was eating some
chips about 2 feet away from me. Alexander, who had been trying to get in
his lap for 20 minutes (to get some chips), finally decided to come visit
me. He came up and started licking my hand, and before I even knew what
happened, he took a HUGE leap for my husband. If Pat hadn't caught him, he
would have landed on the computer on the other side of him!!!!
