A male ferret was found running loose near Ithaca NY. He was turned into
the SPCA and no one has claimed him, so he is now being offered for
adoption. I can't tell how old he is, but I'm guessing he's young- he's
small, probably about 2 lbs, and very friendly and playful. He's a sable
with a tiny white stripe on the top of his head. He looks like he was
almost a blaze, one side of his nose has the start of a blaze. He loves
scritches on his shoulders.

If anyone is interested in giving this cutie a home, contact the Tompkins
County SPCA at (607) 257-1822

He is being and fed multi-colored cat food, so his stools are funny-colored
and kinda loose. I think I will donate some ferret food for him. He also
has ear mites and needs a bath. If I were rich, I would bring him home
myself, but my 5 are all I can handle financially right now.

I may be willing to drive a couple hours to help get him a good home.
