In a word yes, a ferret (generalizing here..not all cat's will chase mice
either) will definately chase and kill adn stash and later eat a mouse...
just ask my gerbil:( (that was my fault, but yeah ferrets DO have predatory
instincts)..As for harms.  I think if it caught and ate a whild mouse it
would e prone to catch all sorts of wierd thigns.
