Usually, you hear about bad things with ferret care in pet stores. I would
like to do the opposite and commend one for a change. I went in to my local
pet store at lunch to pick up some food for my dog and of course, I just had
to check out the fuzzies. They had 3 kits in that they had gotten about a
week or 2 ago. What was unusual was that they had a sign on the cage saying
"Not for sale till 2/20. They are too young". Two of the three were very
small and one of them barely had the baby teeth in. They have always shown
great care of their babies and keep the areas clean with plenty of food,
clean water & toys. This, however, was very impressive in that they they
put the ferret's welfare before the profit line. My hat off to PetCare
west in Wichita.

Enjoy!
