By the way all capital letters is shouting...
 
Sable is really a very dark brown.  Chocolate is a medium brown like a candy
bar.  Champagne is a lighter brown to beige.  You might check the web site
http://www.ferret.org/afacolors.htm to see a chart with links to pictures of
these colors.
