I spoke to my vet yesterday and he said he has had only one client request
Lupron. I think he is disappointed that he hasn't been able to administer
this drug and see results. If anyone in the Hartford, CT area has an
adrenal ferret that is not a candidate for surgery (or any adrenal ferrets
that need surgery), and you are looking for an experienced ferret vet,
I highly recommend Dr. Wil Barrios of the East Hartford Animal Clinic.
When I first learned of Lupron and Dr. Weiss' protocol, I provided Dr.
Barrios with the info, and he expressed an interest right away in trying
something new to treat adrenal disease. I then referred someone to him
and he obtained the drug. He is always open to suggestions and anything
I bring him off the net. To learn more about the East Hartford Animal
Clinic, please visit: http://www.tiac.net/users/moxieent/dr.barrios.htm
