The ferret community lost a wonderful friend, supporter and shelter mom
yesterday, when Rebecca McFarlane unexpectedly passed quietly in her
sleep.

Final arrangements are incomplete at the time this is being sent, but
will be shared when known.

Rebecca's husband, Larry, and their daughter, Sara, are continuing to
care for the roughly 30 ferrets Rebecca and Larry have had in their
care, and will let us know if they need help.
