Hello everyone!

I received an email this morning from some one who found a tame little
ferret in the NYC area. I have replied to him to try and get more
information from him regarding location where the ferret wass found,
coloration, etc. and will post with any new information. I would love to
take him, but my little girl Bean has eaten up all of my vet funds over
the past couple of months and I don't feel that I would be financially
able to care for his little guy in addition to the 2 that I have now.
Although, with Bean's recent adrenal scare, I was considering adopting a
3rd "just in case". She and Daggett have been "brother and sister" since
they were 8 weeks old (now going on 4) and I know he would be absolutely
devistated if anything happened to her. Jeez...perhaps I should consider
adopting him...well I guess if no one else can take him, that would be
the only option, right? :)

Anyway, his message was as follows:

> Hi,
>We've just found a tame ferret in NYC and don't know what to do with
>him. Is there any advice, or shelter contacts that you could give us?
>Thanks.

If anyone would be intested in this little one (I don't have permisssion
to post his contact info) email or call me at (212) 333-8587 (until 7pm)
and I will give you his contact information.

Take care!
Lesie, Bean and Daggett
