Just got my issue of Ferrets mag and am extremely dissappointed to look
back in the back in the ferret shelter section and find..... every single
unlicensed ferret rescue and shelter in Colorado listed in the mag and
the only one that is licensed and maybe the largest shelter and rescue on
the planet earth not listed. Is this an attempt to scale down Especially
Ferrets Inc., even though we have plans to have a branch of Especially
Ferrets in almost every state when the dust settles and also have a
national hq where thousands of ferrets are processed and redistributed to
areas of the nation where there is a shortage of ferrets. Why did that
happen??? Gloria just informed me that we had to send them money to get
listed. did anyone else pay $69 to be in the back of the mag??? I am
curious. Anyone with info on this, could you please let me know? By the
way, those shelters, are not required by most cities and some by the
state according to the volumne of ferrets they handle each year to have a
license. Just wanted to let you know in case anyone thinks I am snitching
on them. They know themselves whether or not to become licensed.

anyway, hug the kiddos,
Ferretguy
