What many people do not know is that the "king" of the fair is chosen
each year here. Last year Rocky Bobbles, the little guy who couldn't
even walk straight, took 2nd place. He was hoping to vindicate himself
this year, but instead is leaping around the meadow at the Rainbow
Bridge. And, he will be able to listen in as Odie stands in for him.
