Hello. I've been using Swheat Scoop for almost three years without a
problem. The pieces are small, so it can tend to get a bit scattered, but
it's not much of a mess. I just use a small hand vac to clean the cage
about once a week. Their new formula is a bit dustier, which worried me,
but the ferrets are fine with it.

It is made from wheat so it is digestible. I asked my vet (who has
ferrets of her own) about it. She had heard about it and said it is safe
for them, it is different than other scoopable brands.

Good luck with your decision.

Risa
