Many of you may remember Sara's ferret's, Giselle and her cabana boy Zeus
from the Pacific NW Ferret Show in June at Canby, OR.  (Giselle and Zeus
were in their cage at my real estate booth at the show.  )
 
Giselle a beautiful, petite and feminine dark eyed white, is her Mama's
girl.  She is only 8 months old and has been with Sara since she was a
kit.  Giselle steals everyone's heart that she meets.  She loves to
cuddle and enjoys climbing in everyone's shirt and sleeves.
 
Giselle has been a very sick girl for the last couple of weeks.  Her
breathing is very labored and she has just not been her playful self.
The vet took X-rays and after careful examination said it was either
pneumonia or lymphosarcoma.  Giselle was put on medication for the
pneumonia, but it didn't get the least bit better, even after 7 days of
treatment.  Now she is worse and she can hardly move, eat or drink.  This
has happened so fast, just in the last 2 weeks.
 
It is with great sadness, that I will accompany my dear friend Sara and
her pretty little 8 month old Giselle, to the vet for her trip to the
rainbow bridge on Saturday at 9:00 a.m..  It is very hard to loose any
ferret, but even more so with a little one who won't even see her 1st
birthday.  To write this is so difficult, and tomorrow will be even
worse.
 
Needless to say Sara is heartbroken and will need a lot of love from her
FML family to help her through this difficult time.  If you have time to
