I sincerely hope that the shelter owner procures a copy of "Ferrets for
Dummies" and familiarizes herself with the information contained in
that book before she continues her efforts to help and re-home ferrets.

I am flabbergasted that this information was not available to prevent
this terrible tragedy. And I do not flabbergast easily.
