An Apology and a Question

I am publicly making an apology to Troy Lynn, I'm so sorry I left you out
in my post yesterday.  I thank you for all your help for Lee and Lisa.
 
Lee is still second guessing herself on what more she could have done and
was the choice she made letting lil' Lisa go the right choice.  She is
questioning why couldn't the lung with the tumor inside be taken out and
would Lisa have lived with 1 lung.  I have no answers for her.  Is there a
Vet or FMLer out there that knows if it has ever been tried and what were
the results ?
