Fall is here now and I am setting up for the cold of winter. One of the
things I do is bring in a big wood box for wood in the wood stove.

I was snarking about the house and kept hearing this scraping sound.
When I moved it would stop, and that is what a ferret does when they are
in trouble. They stop instinctively so an enemy won't find and eat them.

After hunting about for a bit I heard that scraping again and for sure
it was RePete. He was trapped!! That little guy managed to get inside
the wood box but could not get out and that was him standing on his hind
feet scraping the sides clawing to get out again.

He was happy to see me and after taking him out he dooked and followed
me all over the house. Can't help but love them.
