Hi Guys!!!

First, I would like to publicly thank the follwing people who e-mailed me
regarding the bad T.F. food...... Mustang Charlie, Joe P. from The Ferret
Store, Linda Iroff, Katharine Long, Nicole Leshock, John Gordon, Ronnie
in Mass. (farmflower) and Mary McCarty-Houser of PFRA. You guys are
great :-) !!!!

Well, as soon as I got all the info from everyone, I immediately called
the store about the situation and they were wonderful! They checked the
existing stock and sure enough there was still some of the bad stuff left.
They immediately called a couple of there nearby stores to let them know
to pull the bad stuff and they sent out a fax to the rest of the chain to
notify them. They gave me a smaller bag of the new batch that they did
have and gave me a credit for the difference!! The local chain that I shop
at here in Delaware is called Concord Pet Food & Supplies, so for anyone in
Delaware or the local surrounding areas in Pennsylvania they're a great
bunch of folks to deal with!!!!

They contacted their distributor so they could rectify the situation, so if
anyone in the area shops there you might want to check with your local
store. Just as a reminder here's a list of the bad batch numbers
AOR13A
COR10A
EOR01A
FOR13A
and possibly COR30A

Well, thanks again to everyone for all your help, you guys are the
best!!!!!!!!!!!

Tracy
(P.S. this posting stuff if kinda fun, maybe I'll come out of lurk mode
more often!! ;-)
