I have information on the names, specific addresses, etc, of the two
sisters. I have limited knowledge about their friend Bryce. Underage
drinking, not just once, was on YouTube, plus the animal abuse.

Sadly, the movie was taken down (by YouTube? By the girl?). I don't
know what to do. Can anything be done now that the "evidence" is gone?
Probably not. The only thing we can do is to nicely keep in contact
with the kids to implore onto them that even a spoon full of alcohol
can kill a small animal for the future. Thank you to those that have
done or been doing this. Maybe something extreme like calling the
mother and trying to find the owner of the animal if they are not, I
have no clue. That's the thing. I acknowledge my limits. Other than
adopting a ferret, I have no exposure to rescue work. I don't want
to get involved and muck this up. That is why I put the info "out
there" for those that have more common sense, or better yet, a little
experience with rescue work. The optimum situation would have been for
people in the tri-state area of Pa to have called authorities, but it
may be too late for that unless they take witness statements somewhat
seriously. I have no clue what I'm talking about as I said. I'm just
batting around ideas.

I knew if these movies were flagged this would happen. Remember that in
future cases. All flagging does is one of the following: gets the movie
an adult rating, gets the movie ripped down, suspends the persons
account. There are millions of movies that go up on this site in a
single day world wide. God knows how much of that is p*rn, abuse,
etc. YouTube cannot physically look at all of the videos, let alone
investigate every one of these cases. They are in danger of being put
out of business every single day of their lives by Viacom, etc, for
copywrite infringement (kinda like Napster with Metallica ... the
Comedy Channel gets all pissy about people who put up short clips of
things off their channel). Viacom now has lots of people on their side.
YouTube, frantically tries their best to keep copywritten things off
the site, but it is in no way possible. If they can't police something
that their very own 'lives' depend on, they won't be able to monitor
animal abuse, okay? A public video is the best evidence, the only
evidence, of the abuse that you have when looking into these matters.
For the future, in light of the sick, sick marine-puppy fiasco (marines
tormenting and killing puppies in a video on YouTube), we need to know
what to do. How did the guy that killed ferrets in China get caught?
I'm thinking that if you know "where" the owner of the video is, you
can contact authorities in that area and they could investigate it
from there. I know one thing, "authorities" can often be really inept
when looking into these things. For days, heck a week, the infamous
marine-puppy video that hit the news for so long was debated on whether
it was fake or not, let alone finding out any other information about
it. It took me 10 minutes to look up the video on YouTube and see that
the owner had a whole series of dog videos of them torturing and
killing various dogs so duuuuuh, yeah it was real. With the drunk bunny
case, ferret people did what I did and much more within 24 hours of me
showing them this video. Likewise I'm sure it wouldn't' take much for
names, etc, to have been discovered in the puppy case. But that didn't
occur, at least right off. So, when looking into something like this,
if you have any common sense about following posted comments,
signatures, links, subscribers, profiles, using online name databases,
etc to get a bit more information about something, do it ... I would
personally not count on the local authorities to always be able to do
this, at least in a timely fashion. I mean if CNN, et al, the marines
had trouble, I'm assuming some local authorities might as well.

Okay so, if anyone in the tri-state area would like to try to contact
the authorities in the Erie, pa about Jillian and Nichole Kramer (and
friend Bryce) about this, contact me and I'll give you the information
that was shared with me. If anyone out of the state would like to do
so, contact me as well. For those of you who have had any contact with
Jillian, keep the lines open and I"ll keep my fingers crossed there.

Secondly, I'd love to open a discussion about what to do in the future
when animal abuse is spotted on YouTube. We should know what to do
since this is a sensitive area and doing the wrong thing can seriously
damage or muck up cases.
