Happy New Year to all!

Just wanted to know if there is a ferret shelter within driving
distance to Dade City, FL. I have to visit my sister in April and my
nieces and nephew want me to bring a couple of my fuzzies along. This
was my initial plan, but now with the difficulties of flying w/ fuzzies
and the fact that my sister has a beagle who likes to hunt little
critters :(, I'm thinking real hard about bringing them with. I'm
afraid I'm not too familiar w/ FL geography so just looking at the sos
listing won't help. If there are any shelters in that area, I would
love to be able to bring the kids (human ones) to visit and play w/ the
fuzzies and I can help do some cleaning and what-not while they play.
Any help with this endeavor would be appreciated.

Also, my thoughts for a speedy recovery go out to April and Forrest
(and all other sick babies) are in my prayers.
