Dear Nan:
Thank you for your email but I will assure you that we had our best year
ever in sales and product acceptance.  There are some individuals and
possibly other companies that do not wish us well.  It is customers such
as your self and SuperSnooper that make it all worth while.  If you can
spread the positive remarks back on the FML all of us at Totally Ferret
and especially me, would appreciate it.
