Recently talked to my vet about Ivermectin.  He said that he's very leery
of the over-the-counter stuff because its quality may not be the same.
Also, as BIG said, the horse doses are a lot more potent.  I would buy it
from a vet.
 
Today's local newspaper, the Tallahassee Democrat, had a cute picture of a
woman and two of her three ferrets.  There is a local woman who writes a
pet Q&A column and she recently had a contest for people to submit quotes
that talked about animals.  This woman won the contest.  The two ferrets in
the picture were from Australia, where she had lived for three years.  She
has another one she adopted from the Animal Shelter.  She's donating her
$50 prize to the shelter.
