        Yes - I haven't hear of any problems with that vaccine.  I'm not
familiar with the problem with the leptospirosis fraction.....

        Unfortunately, just because an animal has antibodies, doesn't mean
it is protected against the disease.  I think it's safer inthe long run, and
more cost effective in the long run, to stick with the prescribed number and
frequency of doses....
