Since HOFA's Buckeye Bash is an AFA sanctioned show, they are following
AFA policy regarding ADV testing
(http://www.ferret.org/events/advpolicy.htm).  We only accept United
Vaccines CEP test & Avecon ELISA (saliva mail-in samples only).  We do
not accept: Avecon ELISA using blood samples or the QuikCheck test.
