**The advice dispensed by myself in reference to FML postings is not meant
to supplant the advice of veterinarians who are in charge of the patient.
If the patient is not currently under the care of a veterinarian, the client
is recommended to take their ferret to one.**

There is a possibility that your ferret is anemic from chronic fleas.  Check
the gum color, if it is pale, take them to a vet.  If not, still consider a
vet trip since a listless 18 week old is uncommon if the ferret is normal.
