Mike - you will not be able to find this kind of plastic in a plumbing supply
shop.  What you need to find is a plastics supply house or a shop that manuf.
specialty acyrlic aquariums.  Hope I was of some help.
 
I am a first time poster but a 15 year parent to ferrets.  This list has
probably taught me more in the last 6 weeks I have been reading than I have
learned over the last 15 years.  Thanks to all that take the time to post their
knowledge and experiences with these wonderfully furry little critters
