Kez, Here's a suggestion.  Take out all the shelves and put in lots of
hammocks and hanging tubes at alternating levels..(making sure they can't
fall from the top to the bottom, but will always get saved by the sling
below).  Put the litter box, food, and water all on the bottom floor.
Put a cushy bed or blanket all over the bottom where the litter box and
food aren't.
