yay!  now i'm wondering... is there a way to create a bill restricting the
*intake* of weasels less than 8 weeks old from states that import a lot of
ferts but don't have a major breeder?
 
i see a lot of MF babies here, the majority of which are, yes, probably at
least 8 weeks--but many are likely a bit younger.
