I think I have a soft spot for the girls because they're outnumbered 5-2.

We have a wide mix of ferret types. We have 3 blazes, a dark eyed white,
2 silvers and a light sable. I'm going to leave the sable and one of the
silvers out of the mix because I dont know their history, so how they
behave may not reflect on what type they are.

The other silver mitt is the "alpha" ferret, she was here first and as
such, she "beats up" any new ferret that comes aboard. After a few days
of this, she is fine.

I cant say that the clazes are more agressive though, in my experience.
Out of the 3, only one can be slightly aggressive. The other 2 are
sweet as pie. I read somewhere that dark eyed whites can have a lot of
difficulty accepting a new ferret into the group once he is no longer a
kit. I wouldnt consider him a kit anymore, but we havent brought in a
new ferret for awhile, so I'm not sure what he'd do.
