We received a message from the realitor: "You are to make no further
contact with the owner of the property.
 
There are Two ways we can do this, you must have the ferrets gone by
this Monday if not , immediate eviction and you will lose your housing
benefits .
 
Two you move asking us to rent the place on your behalf, this way you're
not evicted you will retain your housing benefits but you must pay us
1700$ thats the rent, and you must keep utilities on and maintain the
property until we rent it."
 
We need help with finding a ferret friendly renter in the warrenton or
Fauquier County areas that will accept our housing assistance voucher.
Right now I am qualified for a 4 bedroom house, H.U.D. will pay per
month for our rent.  we also need physical help moving to the new place.
If anyone knows somebody who will rent to us please help!
