Hi,
I joined the list a few weeks ago but this is my first post so Ill talk a
little about me and the fuzzies before I ask my question. My name is
Jocelyn and my two ferrets (both male and about 8 months old) are Gandalf
and Darwin. I have only had them for a month or so and they are my first
ferrets. The other residents of the house include three cats, two rats,
three dogs, a rabbit, and my roomate. Now on to my question. When I got
my fuzzbuts they came with a copy of Ferrets for Dummys and I was later
told by a lady I work with (that has had ferrets for quite a while) that
it is a very good book. However the amount of protein, and fat that it
recomends your ferrits have is quite a bit lower then what I have picked
up from reading the posts on this list. So to make it easy for me could
someone just let me know the guidelines and things to look for when
picking out ferret food. Right now mine are eating the same food as my
kitten but I want them to get the best I can get them.

Thanks a bunch!

Jocie, Gandalf, and Darwin
