Poor taste?  Why?  She had all her clothes on.  She was photographed
because she's a ferret owner, as are all the other people who appear in
Modern Ferret.  It is a really great issue - I even bought an extra copy.
Modern Ferret runs articles on a wide range of people, from many different
backgrounds.  We need to keep an open mind here, and not be stereotyping.
(Geez, what's to keep them from profiling a lawyer or a used car salesman.)
 
And another thing - stop talking about Modern Ferret as if Mary and Eric
were some vague unknown entity.  They are, after all, part of our group
here.  They are fellow FML'ers, fellow ferret owners, and fellow human
beings.  They are you and me!  You know, real people!
 
There are some other "little items" in issue 22.  Like Mary and Eric
receiving the award for being one of "The 12 Best Magazines in the
Business".  Children everywhere should be exposed to what these two
wonderful people have accomplished.
 
Mary and Eric, you are my heros - and so tall, too!  (See, I did more than
just look at the pictures.)
