At each Symposium, we prepare 'goody bags' that are given out to all
attendees. These might contain some free samples from major vendors,
as well as informational and advertising materials.

You do not have to attend the Symposium to have fliers for your shelter
or ferret related business added to the 'goody bags'. All you need to
do is provide us with enough fliers to hand out in the bags.

So, advertise your ferretry, your shelter, or your fundraiser for free
at the Symposium. Simply send us about 200 copies of your fliers. We
will do the rest.

All items for the goody bags must be received by 4:00 pm on Thursday,
June 21. If you are attending, simply bring your materials to the Mt.
Hood Ballroom of the Sheraton Portland Airport. If you are not
attending, or will not be arriving at the hotel before 4:00 pm,
you can ship your materials to the hotel. However, materials for
the Symposium should not arrive before June 19th.

You must have your full return address on each box, and label them with:
       Hold for: Danee DeVore
       International Ferret Congress
       Arrival Date - June 21
       Hotel Contact: Jodie Warren.

There is no charge for box storage, but the IFC will not be responsible
for charges incurred if they arrive prior to the 19th.

This is an excellent chance for organizations and individuals who can
not be there in person to let other ferret owners know about your
business.
