Ferrets in Charlotte, NC

I live in Charlotte, NC and was wondering if anyone knows of any ferret
clubs or shelters in the area.  The only club I am aware of is TRIFL
located over 2hours from me.  I've only lived in Charlotte a year and
have not found all that many ferret people/families.  I also figured a
club is always a great way to meet new people and if they have spoiled
ferrets they Just Have to Be good people ;-)
