I've sent confirmations to those that have asked me to stop during my
trip out to California--or at least I think I have.  If you do not see
your city on the list, get back to me quick and I'll try to fit you in
if at all possible.
 
I have to emphasize up front that while I have a reputation for always
being a bit late (but NOT in Bob Time!), it is because I cannot control
the weather, traffic conditions, or unforeseen mechanical failures.  I
will do my best to make all commitments.  Just be aware that
circumstances may force late arrival or even a reluctant cancellation.
It will not be by choice, but it can happen.
 
If you asked me to stop and you don't see your city on the list, get back
to me quick!  If you see your city on the list, then you already have an
email from me, so don't worry.  If you live near one of these cities and
want to be a part of the meeting, send me an email and I'll forward your
name to the local contact so you can find out the info, but do it ASAP!
 
If you know I am going to stop, I NEED CONTACT NUMBERS AND A STREET
ADDRESS AND DIRECTIONS!  I leave Monday and my access to computers and
email will be next to nothing.  If I do not have a contact number and
address before I leave, even if I have been there once before, I will
probably not stop because the schedule does not leave time for me to
hunt down people.  Get them to me by the weekend!!
 
I can still add short stops to the trip if more-or-less on the way.  For
example, it would be an easy matter to stop just about anywhere along
I-10 and I would welcome a short break from the driving provided you are
home when I am passing through.  BUT you have to ask immediately!  If the
request comes after I leave Monday March 22, I will probably not see it
until I return.
