This is obviously another FLO (Ferret Liberation Organization) operation
in progress.
 
No, they don't need the tissues...
 
One large box of Puffs with Aloe has been provided by our Chiquita (aka
Chiquita, Tissue Ordinance Battalion Commander).  Said box of tissues was
last seen on the bathroom counter at Ferrets First Foster Home.  In an
apparant series of raids, the entire contents (plus or minus a few shreds
marking the trail) of the box were removed to a secure location in the
drainage tubing maze in the ferret room.  The stash is being safely
maintained under guard in rotating locations by the TOBC's staff, Smudge,
Sniffles, and Boomer.
