After thinking about it some more, I decided you're right - it doesn't
matter if ferrets can make a tunnel or not - it's how much fun they're
having just digging in the dirt/sand/etc.....

Judi Bell, DVM, formerly of Marshall Farms, wrote a good book last year: The
Pet Ferrets Owner's Manual.  It's a paperback with lots of great color pix
and loaded with good info (IMO).  If you can't find it locally, get it touch
with me and I can help you out.
