Folks:
 
some of you may remember my posts from about 6 months ago where I said I
had this "friend" who had let 3 of his 4 ferrets die in a few month time
period and I finally came in and took the last one (who is doing fine,
btw).  anyway, he is at it again and now wants to purchase a purbred dog.
How do I stop someone who couldn't keep 3 caged ferrets alive from abusing
a dog?
