Just want to touch base with all of you.  Hope Everyone Had a Super Great
Holiday Season.
 
Here is an Update to all what is Happening here.....
 
1St...We have Entered a Association Status here at the Ferret Shelter.  We
are Still a Shelter/Rescue/Club.
 
2nd....We have had allot of Problems getting a show together for Jan and it
was canceled, As most know that the AFA Did not feel it was the right time
or place to have a show.  We have over 300 responses to having a show here
in NC.
 
3rd....We are Presently looking for Officers and Helpers for the Assoc...
You dont have to Live in the NC area, But we do Seek people that are
serious about Ferrets.  Ferrets are are Main concern, and we want to be
able to get information out to all who seek it.
 
4th....We are having a Membership Drive for all Individuals that would like
to be a part of the Western North Carolina Ferret Association.  We are
looking for Someone to help with the Drive also.
 
5th....We are Looking to Put a show together for a date in March, We need
Help to get this going.  We need Sponcers from Corporate Levels, also
Sponcers for all the Rings.  We are also Looking for People to Help with
Show Packets and Show Information.
 
Well as you can see we have a long Road ahead of us.  We have a Chief
Newsletter Editor ..Ron Carter (Ferretdad), He will be doing all the
Newsletters for us at the Online Level.  We will also have a printed
edition for those who would like to have one Mailed to there Home or
Business.  We are very Proud to Have Ron on the Staff here and wish the
Best of Luck to him.  If you want to send an article to Ron for the
Newsletter Please email Ron for the How about doing that task, here is his
