Tresaderm has also been prescribed for two of our ferrets by different vets when
 our fuzzies had a bout with ear mites and once in conjuction with a yeast
 infection.  It seems to do the job well.

You have my sympathy over the loss of Frieda-Weasel.  I know how you feel.  I
 still haven't gotten over the loss of Sid and it'll be a year this April 14th.
 I've had dogs I loved just as much (or so I believe) for twice as many years
 and their passing somehow just isn't as devastating as the loss of a ferret.  I
 wonder why that is.
