A tentative hearing on AB 409 is scheduled for Tues.  July 14th at 9:30 A.M.
Please phone and fax your California State Senators if they are on the
Senate Natural Resources (SNR) Committee to express your opposition to this
horrible bill.  Visit http://www.ferrretnews.org for a list of Committee
members names and contact numbers in previous posts.
 
There is tremendous opposition to this bill and we hope it dies here in this
committee.
