Hello all,
 
My name is Audrey - some of you may remember me from being on the list a
few years ago.  Lots has happened since then!  I had a beautiful baby boy
who is now nearly 2 years old, and we moved into a house with a wonderful
woman who also has ferrets.  Now between the two of us we have 11 bundles
of joy.
 
One of our fuzzies, a 4 month old girl named Godiva, was diagnosed with
DIM this morning after being sick since April 9th.  She is an amazingly
strong little girl!  She is now on an antiviral medication, and we're
hoping and praying that it will work.  I got in contact with Dr. Katrina
Ramsell in Oregon, and along with our regular vet they were able to
diagnose her with bloodwork.  So far so good, and I'll keep you all
updated as to how she's doing.
 
Any good thoughts and prayers that you can send out for Godiva would be
much appreciated!  I'll most likely write more later - right now it's
time for more duck soup for fuzzies and then bedtime for me!
